How much space do I need for the tents?
The dimensions of each tent with the mattress is approximately 47.5"ft length x 48"ft wide x 53"ft high.
We can arrange our tents in different ways to fit your space. If you are unsure, then please contact us before your sleepover so we can discuss different options to fit your space and make the amount of tents you’ve requested work.
WE DO NOT rearrange or remove furniture. Please have the space cleared and ready for us to setup PRIOR to our arrival.
With each configuration of our tents, there needs to be enough space for each guest to access their tents. Please make sure there enough space for each guest to walk through the middle if tents are facing each other,
We will NOT setup a tent if there isn’t enough room and you will NOT be refunded the money for that tent. Please make sure to measure out your space to plan a way to get each our tents to fit.
Do I need to set up and take down everything myself?
NOPE. We come and set up everything for you the day of your sleepover and come take it down after all your guests have left. We do request that you undress the bedding, deflate the mattresses and put the sheets, blankets and pillows in a pile for us. Please leave all accessories on tent and leave the tent standing.
What is the drop and pick up time?
We are flexible based on the times that are convenient for you. We will confirm with you via email all details.

Are the linens cleaned after every use
Yes, we thoroughly wash all linens with "free and gentle" tide and fabric softener after every use. As well as sanitize all mattresses and decor after every use.
What is the refund incidental deposit for?
We require an incidental deposit to cover the cost of damaged, lost or broken items that are included in our package. Please make sure kids do not use slime, nail polish, markers or paint around tents. The incidental damage deposit is $50. If no damages are confirmed, the security deposit will refunded within 3 business days of checkout. Any slightly damaged (but still reusable) or stained property will result in a $100 cleaning fee for each item. Any severly damaged, lost or stolen items will result in a fee equal to its replacement. If rental equipment is not available at time of pick-up, we reserve the right to charge for an additional night.
Do you deliver outside of Tulsa?
We only travel up to a 20 mile radius from the 74137 zip code. Unfortunately we DO NOT deliver outside of that 20 mile radius.
Why aren’t sleeping pillows included?
For hygienic reasons and safety, we ask our sleepover guests to bring their own sleeping pillows. Decorative pillows are not meant for sleeping use.
How soon should I book?
To help you book your party we need at least 2 weeks notice. After submitting your request, you will receive an answer within 2-3 business day.
Can I rent the tents for a only a few hours?
yes but our pricing remains the same
Can I buy your tents?
yes. I have a company that builds all our tents. Contact "Handcrafted By Jeff" at 918-510-5149 to have your own tent built.

Am I able to rent the tents for longer than a day?
yes. for an additional day we charge 50% less for each tent rented.
